New Student Admission Process

Students are accepted on the basis of available space, their character, their academic record, and a genuine desire on the part of their parents to have them in a Christian school. Only those children whom we feel will adjust to our particular program and whose parents agree to cooperate fully with the teachers and administration will be admitted.

Step One: Schedule a visit

Call to schedule a visit to meet faculty and staff and observe classroom instruction. This visit will allow us to get to know you on a personal level and provide an opportunity to discuss learning goals.

Step Two: Take the academic placement test

All incoming students must take an academic placement test ($35). The placement test reveals a student's  academic readiness for their grade level.

Step Three: Complete a student application

Complete an online application and submit required information. LCCA will obtain your child's previous school records and standardized test scores. Click New Student Application to begin the application process.

Step Four: Enroll

After the student application for admission has been accepted, you will receive enrollment instructions.

Admission age for Kindergarten:
K5 students must be five years old by September 1.

Through the admissions process, we want to share with you our mission, vision, and philosophy of education. We also want to answer your questions and help you evaluate whether Licking County Christian Academy is the best choice for your child. The Admissions Office works closely with parents and students as we assist you from initial inquiry through enrollment.
